Skillet-Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and drained
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Add sour cream, onion, chopped olives, salt and pepper into large pan.
    Add potatoes; heat, stirring frequently, until the cream bubbles and potatoes are heated through.
    Garnish with paprika and parsley.
