Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 c. (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
    1 tsp. vanilla
    milk
Preparation
    In small bowl, blend powdered sugar, sour cream and butter at medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Blend in chocolate and vanilla at low speed until smooth.
    If necessary, add milk, a teaspoon at a time until desired spreading consistency.
    Frost cake and refrigerate.
    Makes 2 cups.
