Winter Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Thaw strawberries.
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Stir in pecans.
    In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil and strawberries.
    Stir into dry ingredients.
    Mix lightly. Spoon into greased muffin tin.
    Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Yields 2 dozen.
