55 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm milk
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    little salt
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix milk, shortening, sugar and salt; add yeast dissolved in water.
    Add flour.
    Let rise in dish 15 minutes.
    Roll out on floured board about 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut with cookie cutter.
    Dip in melted butter and fold in half.
    Let rise 40 minutes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
