Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    20 Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Add vanilla. Crush crackers (not too fine).
    Fold crackers, nuts and baking powder into egg white mixture.
    Put into a well-greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Cover with 1/2 pint whipped cream (Cool Whip is fine).
    Sprinkle with grated chocolate on top.
    Put in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. Serves 6.
