Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato paste
    6 to 8 potatoes, cut up
    1 small onion, cut up
    1 large can diced tomato
Preparation
    Boil potatoes. Drain 1/2 water off (only boil until potatoes are tender). Brown ground beef with onions and drain. Add ground beef, 2 cups of fresh water, tomatoes and tomato paste. Heat until boiling. Turn down to simmer for 30 minutes.
