Norwegian Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to
350\u00b0.
Grease
9-inch
pie
pan.
In mixing bowl combine sugar and flour.
Add eggs, baking powder and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in apples and walnuts. Pour into pie pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
