Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked corn
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped red peppers
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients with 1/2 cup water and simmer 30 minutes. Pack in hot sterile jars to within 1/2 of top.
Seal at once and water bath 10 minutes.
Makes 7 half pints.
Chill before serving.
