Creamy Mushroom Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 (3 oz.) can broiled sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cook the onion in the butter until just tender. Stir in the flour. Add the cream, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Add the sour cream and heat through.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
    Good with chicken.
