Ingredients

5 skinned chicken breasts
1/4 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place chicken in shallow pan.
Melt margarine; stir in mustard and lemon juice, tarragon and salt.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
