Fancy Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 c. diced cucumber
1/3 c. oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation

Combine all the vegetables.
Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and salt. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Pour over vegetables and toss gently.
Chill 8 to 10 hours.
Drain before serving.
