Yankee Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pie crust
2 cans cream of chicken soup
boiled rice
2 boneless whole chicken breasts
boiled carrots, sliced
Preparation

Cut chicken into cubes and cook in microwave.
Drain juice. Stir in cream of chicken soup.
Add sliced carrots and rice (previously boiled).
Place between two pie shells and pinch shells together.
Cook 30 to 45 minutes.
