Easy French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water (not hot)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add salt, sugar and flour. Stir until mixed.
    Add enough of 1/2 cup lukewarm water (no more) to make sticky dough.
    Cover; let rise until doubled.
    Divide; put each 1/2 into a greased two-quart casserole.
    Let rise again until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for one hour.
    Brush tops with margarine; salt if desired.
