Swedish Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice)
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix together sugar and eggs.
Mix flour and soda together. Add to sugar mixture.
Stir in pineapple, nuts and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 12-inch greased and floured pan.
