Yummy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 boiled potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mash potatoes and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Can be made up and stored in refrigerator up to one week.
    When refrigerated, bake 45 minutes.
    Can freeze before baking.
