Joy'S Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/4 tsp. (dash) salt
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook from 248\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 to 260\u00b0, depends on weather.
    If humid, turn oven on to help dry out room.
    Pour syrup into dry egg whites; mix until pulls from bottom of bowl and does not shine so much.
    Add coloring and pecans.
    Spoon out on wax paper.
