Meat Flavoring Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, grated
    3 red peppers, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. pure apple cider vinegar (found in health food stores)
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Let age 3 weeks.
    Two tablespoonfuls of this will flavor and color a stew or gravy.
