Mac Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    8 oz. macaroni twists, cooked
    1 can stewed tomatoes with juice
    1 tsp. basil or oregano
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (save 1/4 c.)
    1/2 c. sauteed onion and green pepper*
Preparation
    *Can be cooked with ground beef.
