Chicken Salad With Honey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Honey Dressing
    3 c. cut up cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. green or red grapes
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
    2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
    1/4 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces (about 3 c.)
    1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Prepare Honey Dressing.
    Toss chicken, grapes, onions, bell pepper, water chestnuts and dressing in large bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
    Toss chicken mixture, oranges and lettuce.
    Serve on lettuce leaves if desired. Sprinkle with almonds.
    Yields 6 servings.
