Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut, drained
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 c. cut celery
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat together the sugar and vinegar until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables.
    Make at least 24 hours before serving. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
    Keeps well.
