Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. uncooked wide egg noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain grease.
    Stir in flour, then add water and mushrooms.
    Stir constantly until mixture thickens.
    Reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serves 4.
