Rice Cake(Indonesian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, softened
    2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs
    7 3/4 oz. can sweet coconut juice or about 1/2 (14 oz.) can coconut milk
    1 lb. box sweet rice flour
    7 3/4 oz. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat margarine and powdered sugar until smooth.
    Add slowly the eggs, coconut juice or milk, rice flour, water, salt and vanilla. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until barely light brown.
    Cool.
    Sift powdered sugar over, if desired.
    Cut into squares.
