Pork Normandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    In hot oil, brown pork chops and onion for about 10 minutes. Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup, apple juice, celery and thyme. Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles. Serves 6.
