Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until well blended.
    Add eggs and blend again.
    Stir in 3/4 cup chips.
    Pour into pie crust and sprinkle top of mixture with remaining 1/4 cup chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes or until center is almost firm.
    Cool and refrigerate at least 4 hours, overnight is fine.
    Garnish with additional chips and/or chocolate Cool Whip.
