Make Ahead Mashed Or Whipped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Pare and cook potatoes as usual, adding salt.
    Drain and whip them.
    Whip in cream cheese and sour cream.
    Place in casserole, cover and place in refrigerator until ready to cook.
    Spread with butter and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Great for the holidays when time is limited.
