Spanish Rice(Arroz Espanol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, precooked
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    In medium skillet, saute chopped peppers in margarine until done.
    Add tomato sauce, bouillon and spices.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add rice.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Mix well and serve.
