Aunt Lillian'S Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can kraut, washed and drained
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery or 2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
    Bring sugar and vinegar to boil and pour over mixture of kraut and vegetables.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 4 to 5 weeks.
