Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. whipped cream
1/3 c. salad dressing
1 (12 to 15 oz.) carton cottage cheese
Preparation

Blend the whipped cream, sugar, salad dressing and cottage cheese in the mixer until smooth.
Fold in fruit.
Place in an 8 x 8-inch plastic container.
Cover and freeze.
Cut out in squares and place on fresh lettuce leaves to serve or just use as a dessert.
