Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. butter flavored shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat butter and shortening until creamy.
    Gradually add sugar until well blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in melted chocolate.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
    Add to butter mixture alternately with milk.
    Mix until blended.
    Add pecans and flavorings.
    Spoon batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
    May need to shield with aluminum foil last 10 minutes.
