Cashew Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. grated ginger root
    1 c. cashew nuts
    15 oz. drained bamboo shoots
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 stalk celery, cut in 1/8-inch slices
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. snow peas
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
    Cut meat in bite size pieces and marinade in the next 6 ingredients.
    Saute nuts and stir-fry vegetables in small amount of oil to tender-crisp.
    Fry meat until white then add nuts and vegetables.
    Stir in last 4 ingredients heating and stirring until thick.
    Serve over rice.
