Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. rum extract
Preparation

Beat eggs, margarine and sugar together until well mixed and fluffy.
Add milk, flour, salt, baking powder and rum extract. Beat well.
Pour in an angel cake pan and bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0, or 350\u00b0.
Cool and remove from pan while its warm.
