Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, softened
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. lemon pudding, cooked and cooled
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix
together margarine, sugar and flour and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form a crust.
Bake crust at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
Cool.
Spread
cooled
pudding on crust, then top with the
last
3
ingredients, mixed together.
Cut into squares to serve.
