Flan (Egg Custard With Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. fresh milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar (for flan)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar (for caramel)
Preparation
    Melt 3/4 cup sugar in a pan until golden brown; let cool.
