Ingredients

4 slices whole grain bread
1 to 2 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
mashed fruit, jam, maple syrup, honey or any other topping
Preparation

Preheat griddle to 325\u00b0 or frypan over medium heat.
Melt butter on griddle or in pan.
Crack egg in bowl.
