Chicken Mexicana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, cut into cubes
    2 (1.25 oz.) packets taco seasoning
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, diced and drained
    3 c. (12 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine chicken and taco seasoning. Add tomatoes, cheese, chilies and corn.
    Mix well.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions and spread on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let rest 20 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
