Banana-Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry, raspberry or cherry flavor gelatin)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 medium banana, sliced
    1/4 to 1/3 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add cold water and lemon juice.
    Chill until thickened.
    Fold in banana slices, celery and nuts.
    Pour into 3 or 4-cup mold.
    Chill until firm. Unmold and serve with crisp lettuce and mayonnaise.
