Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Morton Quick salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/3 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. whole peppercorns (optional)
    1/2 c. water (optional)
Preparation
    Mix and wrap in Saran Wrap.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove wrap.
    Form into 2 rolls, about 2 inches in diameter.
    Bake on broiler rack at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Freezes well.
