Fresh Apple Cake No. 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. apples (5 small or 3 large), peeled and chopped
1 c. nuts (more or less as desired)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, adding apples and nuts last.
Mixture will be thick.
Pour into Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Powdered sugar glaze is optional.
