Mom'S Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cake yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast mixture and buttermilk. Knead a few times in a little flour.
    Put in refrigerator.
    Take out about 20 minutes before baking for best results.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
