Chicken Tarragon En Croutte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 small can crescent rolls
    2 chicken breasts, boned (remove skin)
    flour
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Combine butter, lemon juice and spices in a small bowl; set aside.
    Separate dough into 2 rectangles; press with fingers to seal seams.
    Form 6 x 4-inch rectangles.
