Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. wheat germ
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 to 3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Stir together dry ingredients with a whisk.
Beat the eggs slightly and combine with the milk, then add to the dry ingredients.
Stir in oil.
Heat the pan (nonstick), but do not grease it.
Pour batter into the pan by large spoonful.
Cook over medium heat, turning once when bubbles come to the surface and pop and the edges are slightly dry.
Serves 4 to 6.
