Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken-rice prepared mixture
    1 large jar marinated artichokes, drained (reserve marinade)
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    12 black olives, sliced thin
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1/2 bunch scallions, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare chicken-rice mixture according to package directions. Set aside.
    Mix reserved marinade, curry and mayonnaise.
    Add to rice with all other ingredients.
    Chill overnight.
    Serve on bed of lettuce with tomato garnish.
