Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 bay leaves
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onions and garlic; cook until tender.
    Blend in seasonings.
    Add tomatoes; simmer.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over elbow macaroni.
