Overnight Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    4 cups warm water
    1 cup oil
    2 pkgs. dry yeast
    3 tsp. salt
    About 15 cups flour
Preparation
    Add 2 Tbsp. sugar to 1/2 cup warm water.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Mix in 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 cups warm water, oil, yeast, salt and gradually add flour.
    Mix up at 6 p.m., work down at 9 p.m.
    Pan out at 10:30.
    Let stand overnight at room temperature.
    Bake in the morning at 350\u00b0 for 15-20 minutes.
