Chicken 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken or parts
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Flour and brown chicken in a little oil.
    Put rice, salt and pepper in greased casserole dish.
    Top with grated onion.
    Dump in mushrooms (juice and all).
    Put browned chicken on top.
    Pour on bouillon.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
