Chicken Tonga - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned
    1 small jar apricot preserves
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 bottle Russian dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place chicken in a shallow pan.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour over the chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with wild rice.
