Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large zucchini, pared and thick diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Salad Crispins (Italian flavored)
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in salted water until tender; drain well. Cook onion
    and\tcarrots in melted oleo.
    Mix all ingredients together. Add
    zucchini
    last.
    Bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes in
    a 350\u00b0
    oven or microwave for about 20 minutes on high setting.
