Chicken Marbella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. pitted prunes
    1/2 c. capers with a little juice
    1/8 c. dried oregano
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. Spanish olives, drained
    6 bay leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients in bowl. Place 6 to 8 (depending upon size) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves in single layer in baking pan. Pour marinade over chicken. (Optional: Sprinkle 1 cup light brown sugar over chicken and then pour
    1 cup white cooking wine over top.) Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is done in 350\u00b0 oven.
