Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Beat with egg yolks and milk. Cover over medium heat, stirring until thick. Stir in margarine and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Pour into pie plate or casserole dish. Set aside. Beat egg whites and add sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour on top of pudding. Brown at 350\u00b0.
