Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
    2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. sugar, may use less
    6 Tbsp. flour
    20-25 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine 1 can of drained pineapple, 1 can of pineapple with juice, and cheese in a bowl.\tMix well.
    Mix flour and sugar and add to pineapple cheese mixture.
    Pour into 2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and drizzle with margarine.\tBake for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
